~ shiitake mushroom, broccoli & tofu stir fry with wasabi-sesame sauce, served with crispy brown fried  rice
~ panko-crusted tempeh triangles with orange ginger sauce & baked cajun sweet potato fries
~ mini vegan holiday pot pies filled with chantarelle mushrooms, greens, navy beans & whole grain sage stuffing

~ "bangers & mash": vegetarian sausages with garlic smashed potatoes & miso-mushroom gravy

~spring or summer~

~ arugula & fennel salad with lemon, white truffle oil, toasted sunflower seeds, avocado, sea salt & freshly ground pepper
~ crispy black bean cakes with vegan cilantro-sriracha remoulade
~ heirloom beet & goat cheese towers served over mixed baby greens, with candied walnuts & honey balsamic vinaigrette
~ sauteed polenta rounds with summer marinara & basil chiffonade, served on a bed of garlic dinosaur kale
~ tempeh & mushroom lettuce cups with plum teriyaki dipping sauce
~ crusted tofu with lemon, white wine & thyme, served over a bed of forbidden wild rice & baby spinach with balsamic glazed shallots
~ chickpea burger on sprouted high-protein grain bun w/ sprouts, avocado, red onion, brandywine tomato & herb veganaise
~ quinoa penne with edamame, cannelini beans, mushrooms & marjoram tossed in garlic & olive oil
~ spicy grilled seitan skewers with curry dipping sauce
~ heirloom tomato-miso soup
~ summer berry crumble with lemon cashew cream
~ healthy but delicious raw chocolate pudding
~ gluten-free red velvet cupcakes
