Danielle combines the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Macrobiotics and raw foods, while also utilizing current health food research. She emphasizes the importance of plant-based diets for their antioxidants, anti-carcinogenic properties and aid in weight-loss. When you eat right, your cells are cleaner, your blood is cleaner, your skin starts to glow and your immune system is strong. Chef Dani does not claim to prevent, diagnose, treat or cure disease.
